Start of the race

The start of PT 2024 will be set up as in 2022 and 2023.

We will make sure that the teams in open class get the best conditions to start from the car.

In the top right corner of the photo you can see the main building at Svanhovd where the secretariat is located, also reseption, mushermeeting, banquet and prizeseremony is happening. 

All limited class teams will start from the open area just below the big red barn in the middle of the photo. 

Open class starts along the road on the bottom of the photo and on a field on the right outside the photo.(look at map below)

The public will hace access to sertain areas but is not allowed into the area where the teams are getting ready for the race. 

We will make space for the public to that they get to see as much as possible of the teams getting ready and starting the race. There will be signs with information and where to go.

Perticipants will get an designated spot to park on when registrating in the sekretariat. It is important that one use the correct spot to make this as smooth as possible. Teams that start from the same car must let us know so that we can put these on a suitable spot to start from.
