Conditions for participation in Pasvik Trail 2025

Enrollment: The deadline for registration is 23 March 2025.

Registration fee for both classes is NOK 4,000.

From 1 March to the registration deadline of 23 March 2025, the price increases to NOK 5,000.

The price includes a banquet ticket, straw/hay and water at the checkpoint, as well as veterinary services during the race.

*Additional banquet tickets can be purchased in advance or at the secretariat before the race. Contact us by email: post@pasviktrail.no if you wish to buy in advance.

The registration follows the participant, NOT dogs, so it is not a team that is registered, but the person who will mush the team in the race.

There are 50 places on the Pasvik Trail - 20 in the open class and 30 in the restricted class. To get a place on the waiting list, the registration fee must be paid in full - this will be refunded if you do not get a place.

Cancellation: Pasvik Trail covers up to 50% of the registration fee until 1 March.

Cancellations after 1 March are not refunded.

An updated list of registrants is available on Liverace.no as you sign up. The final starting number is drawn shortly before the race.

Start window for open class is from 17.00 to 17.20 and for limited class from 17.20 to 18.00.
