Conditions for participation in Pasvik Trail 2027

To participate in Pasvik Trail, participants must be 18 years of age on the day the race starts. No exemptions are granted based on age in accordance with §6.8 of the NHF's competition regulations.

Enrollment: The deadline for registration is 18 March 2027.

Registration fee for both classes is NOK 4,600.

The sign up fee must be payed in total after signing up for the race, if payment is not recieved the spot in the race will go to the first person on the waiting list.

From 18 February to the registration deadline of 18 March 2027, the price increases to NOK 5,100.

The price includes 1 banquet ticket, straw/hay and water at the checkpoint, as well as veterinary services during the race.

The registration follows the participant, NOT dogs, so it is not a team that is registered, but the person who will mush the team in the race.

There are 50 places on the Pasvik Trail - 20 in the open class and 30 in the restricted class. To get a place on the waiting list, the registration fee must be paid in full - this will be refunded if you do not get a place.

Cancellation: 4000kr is refunded if you cancel before January 1st. From January 1st to March 18th, 2000kr is refunded.

Cancellations after March 18th are not refunded.

In the event of cancellation, up to 2000kr of the registration fee will be refunded. In the event of cancellation shortly before the start date, we as the organizer will consider whether it is possible to provide a refund or not.

An updated list of registrants is available on Liverace.no as you sign up. The final starting number is drawn shortly before the race.

Start window for open class is from 17.00 to 17.30 and for limited class from 17.30 to 18.00.
